Three things every business leader needs
Most times, people become business leaders after being particularly good at a particular discipline. They love their craft, and they would like to continue to do it on their own terms, and hopefully, being better compensated.
This is what Michael Gerber, in the E-Myth, called “the technician”. In the same book, the case is made that to run any business effectively, many other skills are needed, what Gerber embodies in “the entrepreneur” and “the manager”.
Because business leaders rarely have all three personalities coexisting in one mind, they can always use some help.
This help comes in three distinct areas:
A Management System to help them run their businesses smoothly and succeed repeatedly.
A Coach to help them work through their challenges, think through issues, challenge them, and hold them accountable.
A Peer Group to empathize, validate, get suggestions on how to work through issues, and also hold them accountable.
For my readers, I have a special program that includes all three. CHECK IT OUT HERE.
